Slide one SuperDuo on to both cables (the SuperDuo is double-drilled). Add one size 11 seed bead on to each side of the cable. Alternate this pattern for the entire length of the bracelet, until you can wrap it around your wrist three times - approximately 20 inches long for a 7- inch wrist. Make sure you end your pattern with on size 11 seed bead on each cable.
